Our People
While Andy Johnson and Nick Beesley are the “founders” of Johnson Beesley, the company is organized to run like a cooperative. This means that each of our members are free to participate in our business as though it were their own business. In addition to being paid hourly wages, we have created a profit-sharing plan to ensure that our success is recursive throughout our company.
Don’t feel like working for a particular client? You can pass.
Can’t imagine a day going by without having three project deliverables in as many time zones? You can work.
We believe in freedom of choice, being compensated based on your real worth to the marketplace, and “doing things our way.” We don’t check the status quo, we create it, and we believe each of our members should have the same investment as us in creating a business that celebrates our individuality. If you’re reading this and thinking to yourself “I could work with those people!” then you should get in touch. Particularly if you, like us, have spent many years servicing global market leaders on client and/or agency side.
Think of us as the “NAVY Seals” of brand and strategy. As a relatively small and autonomous team, we’re capable of creating, implementing and managing brands of all sizes, at a fraction of the cost of larger global agencies. We’re always happy to hear from other people who have spent time on the front lines, have a passion for consistent execution and lead their field in marketing and communications.
